today was my 13th workout this month. i'm pretty proud of that, considering i probably haven't worked out 4 times 3 weeks in a row in at least 2-3 years, if not longer. next month i'm gonna shoot for a perfect 26 workouts, but for the month of May 2011 i will be really proud [...]
