Day 8: 2/25/13

Today was supposed to be my first day of working out, but Lexi was having a needy day, so I focused on her. It was really nice being able to enjoy the the results of my cook up and spend minimal time preparing meals. I had a bit of a hard day emotionally, just feeling discouraged and a bit fearful that I’m not going to be able to get into a routine with my sweet, unpredictable cuddlebug of a daughter. I’m just gonna work on that one day at a time. I have short term goals, yes, but this is about the rest of my life! Dinner was awesome-my sweet potato, apple, onion, Brussels sprout, chicken, and bacon skillet. It was pretty popular on Instagram too! 😀
